1.3 All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to the app belong exclusively to Be Tesla.

2. Subscription and Payments

2.1 The app may offer subscription-based services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, payment, and renewal terms displayed during the purchase process.
2.2 All payments are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds or credit availability for recurring payments.

3. Dispute Resolution Policy

3.1 By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to:

• The accuracy of the payment details you provide during transactions.
• Your responsibility to cancel subscriptions before renewal if you no longer wish to use the service.
• Contacting support@betesla.com to resolve issues prior to initiating a payment dispute.
  3.2 In the event of a dispute, you may be required to provide evidence to support your claim, such as proof of undelivered service.

4. Delivery and Service Use

4.1 Subscription-based services are deemed delivered upon activation. Service usage logs may be used as evidence of delivery.
4.2 Be Tesla reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for violation of these terms or misuse of the services.

5. Responsibilities and Limitations

5.1 User Responsibility: You must ensure:

• Your device meets the technical requirements of the app.
• Your device remains secure, operational, and charged.
  5.2 Be Tesla’s Responsibility: While we endeavor to maintain app functionality and data accuracy, we are not liable for:
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues.
• Losses arising from reliance on third-party information or app functionality.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Refund requests must be made in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
6.2 Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and denial of future services.

7. Updates and Termination

7.1 The app may require updates to remain functional. You agree to download such updates when notified.
7.2 Be Tesla reserves the right to modify or discontinue the app without notice. Upon termination, you must delete the app and cease usage.

8. Third-Party Services

9. Liability Disclaimer

9.1 Be Tesla is not liable for:

10.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 Be Tesla reserves the right to modify these terms. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
